Once a vehicle history report has been successfully delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Reports already generated and delivered via email or website

Reports that do not contain the information a customer “hoped” to see (e.g., if no accidents or issues are found)

User errors such as entering the wrong registration number or vehicle details
Please ensure that the information you provide (especially the registration number is accurate before placing your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same report

Report Not Delivered: If the report was not delivered due to a technical issue, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

Incorrect Report Due to System Error: If our system generated a report for the wrong vehicle despite correct input on your part
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your account and block access to future services. We encourage all users to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues promptly.
